National Civil War Naval Museum Our friends at Port Columbus have loads to offer on every thing in Civil War Navy history!
Southern Museum of Civil War & Locomotive History Located in Kennesaw, GA, this museum is affiliated with the Smithsonian Institute and features exhibits about The Great Locomotive Chase of 1862 and the Glover Machine Works, which helped industrialize the post-civil war south.
New Manchester Ruins Located in Sweetwater Creek State Park, in Lithia Springs, GA, the ruins of the New Manchester Manufacturing Company have a fascinating story to tell. An interpretive center at the entrance to the trails to the ruins has displays and information related to the NMMC.
Nash Farm Battlefield Located in historic Henry County, GA, Nash Farm is the site of the annual Battle Of Atlanta reenactment.
